BLT Salad
Ingredients
1 lb. pork or turkey bacon
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
Salt to taste
1 head romaine lettuce, rinsed, dried, shredded
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups seasoned croutons
Directions
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning frequently until evenly browned. Drain, crumble and set aside. In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, milk, garlic powder, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Add salt to taste. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, and bacon in a large salad bowl. Drizzle dressing on top and serve.
